Hi again everyone, So I was unable to buy lindens and the error message said the problem was that it exceeded my trading limits (shows I am 0-1 day old even though I have had the account for months). Well, I decided to upgrade to premium and pay for a years service to get the best deal. Great. Got my bonus and everything. Fine. But now I cannot buy lindens. I get an error message that even a one dollar buy order exceeds my MONTHLY limit by $47 US because of what I spent on buying premium. THis is a real bummer. I was excited about buying some mainland. THis is a real bummer. What can I do? I cannot even buy $1 to "start the clock" on my account and going premium didn't seem to do it either.  Thanks!! |

How are you funding your account? I bought the year membership and have purchased plenty of Lindens since, not sure I did it on the same day but it was within a month or so.

Wow I can't believe LL hasn't fixed this yet. I had mine fixed on April 27th same issue and many others had it too and there are still more?!! I needed to call them to get it done and it only took 30 seconds?? Tell me why all these accounts aren't fixed yet if it only takes 30 seconds??

I fund the account with a credit card I gave them months ago to verify the account. It worked fine to go premium lol. I think I may have to call. I sent an email requesting a review (per the instructions on the web page) and it says to allow 5 day. This seems like such a good time to buy land. |

I still have the same issue. I pay quarterly for my premium, payed the second quarter in April and did after filling out that review form and reading here that you might have to start the clock buy 200 Lindens with the last bit i have in US$. So... i am still 0-1 Day Resident. Maybe its because i never cashed in money? I like to play poker and work from time to time at some place that soon will have to be flagged as Adult. With all thats going on with SL at the moment i am really considering to leave SL and just move on...

I have sent Emails and called but they tell me I have to wait for LL to respond to the same input you just sent. If your problem is the same as mcgeeb's call them everyday until you talk to a human and get it fixed. |
