In the last 6 weeks I have requested SEVERAL times to increase my limits. Linden Labs neither reacted nor ever wrote a response. Is there anyone out here who successsfully could increase his/her limits ?
I'm owning a premium account for 6 months now, and therefore I am really annoyed by Linden Lab's behaviour.

Gorden How active is your account? The only reason I ask is I managed to increase my account limits after about about a month with SL. Initially I had to wait for a specified time before I got a limit increase. Whether this was down to large'ish amounts of money being moved into/out off my SL account, Im not sure. When I later asked for a further increase in my limits I was told by LL that they required further evidence of monetry activity in my account before they would consider it.
Whether they are just monitoring your account prior to giving you an increase or it is down to plain LL ignorance, we can,t be sure, but good luck anyway.........

My last increase was requested in early December and granted in late January after repeated requests and phone calls. My last request first sent in late February with repeated followup requests has still not been answered even after repeated phone calls. All I have managed was a denial of the first request with no explanation. I was told the explanation would come form the same sourses that never answer the initial requests or Emails. My plan is to start calling support every day until I get either an increase or explanation why not. Last summer and fall the requests were answered promptly with denials/explanations or the upgrade. The huge increase in requests starting in the fall coupled with massive fraud invistigations has crippled the upgrade process to the point of nonexistance.

Requested a tier increase last month. In the end put a support request with Billing but they said that they couldn't do anything and I had to be patient and that phoning wouldn't help either.
So have given up and will have to just work within my Tier it seems.
