I have a partner whom is wearing a serious shackles set. There is something we don't quite understand and I am curious. Once the main menu opens there is a lock/unlock button. BUT there is a more button there too. When you hit the MORE button there is a window that includes timer and another LOCK option. I presume no timer means that there is no timer so is perm. But what is the second Lock button for?

Thanks.

Tutorials for Marine's restraints: http://realrestraint.blogspot.com/2009/08/realrestraint-tutorials-tips-tricks.html

---

The "Lock" on the second page is only really useful once a restraint is already locked (in which case the "Lock" on the first page turns to "Unlock";).

If someone has their restraints locked into a specific pose and you want to release them from that pose but still keep the restraints locked you could "Unlock" followed by an instant "Lock"; or you could just use the "Lock" on the second page and accomplish the same thing (the main difference is that any timers set will stay in effect using the latter while they'll all cancel using the former and will have to be re-set).

I understand the kink but it's a weird thing to do to the bloke isnt it? Why not just tie him to the bed post when he feels the need to be more sub than usual.

My partner has a kink for feeling really, really secured. These do nicely. Thanks for the info.
