The models at Black Moon will put their wedding dresses on for you, if you can catch one when they're not AFK. In fact, one of them is modelling the most impressive wedding gown this week, so if she's online when you drop in there just walk around on the first floor and you may see it. Adored has an entire wedding department, and will arrange "fittings" lol, so I imagine might do demos as well. Also -- tho I'm betting you already know this --- Blaze offers demos of all their gowns. Don't know if they have a wedding dress.
