I accidentally canceled my basic account (thought I was cancelling an alt). How do I reactivate it? Right now it says "cancellation pending". I tried upgrading to premium account but it won't let me. A little panicked now. Linden is no help.

From the knowledge base: From: someone Not all accounts can be restored. What you should do is contact Support. If we are able to restore your account, then inventory and/or L$ previously associated with your account may be unrecoverable depending on how long the account was closed. If your account can be reactivated it will incur a US$9.95 reactivation fee. Unfortunately, the way to contact Support is by submitting a ticket using the Support Portal. Reactivating an account is one of the few things a basic account is allowed to submit a ticket for, but I don't know how good the response time is -- if you get a response at all. This really does look like the only option, though, so you should go ahead and submit a ticket. And keep doing it every day until you get a response, maybe? |

it probably gives an "end date". you're going to have to wait until then to see if you can reactivate it. good luck. you might want to use a new email.
