i need help, can't log in :(

I lost power for 3 seconds, so it dissconnected me. sense then 3 hours later, i still can't log in. i get stuck in region and don't go any farther. I have uninstalled and downloaded and installed 4 times, and no firewall and still i can't get in.


can anyone help me please?

Have you tried logging into different regions? Also, just let it wait and see what the error you get is.

Try logging in to a different region.

yes i tried to log into different regions i let it run one time for 35 mins and didn't get an error message i will get it up and run it again, but i don't think anything will come up

ok got it up and running stuck at region, it's like a dead stick

Have you powered your computer, cable modem, router, and other such equipment off? Completely off, not just a reset or restart.

If you have a router involved, can you remove the router and plug the computer directly into the cable modem?

i did a restart on the computer and router, but not the modem. i'll do all 3 now, try to log on the game and come back here.

i wish suezanne, the modem is in the other room and 2 other computers are on it

i almost thought it was going to work...... but right when it hit region, my screen when all white. it's still running hoping something will pop up, i don't know what else to do

What firewall, antivirus, anti-spy, and other anti-malware software are you using?

Have you tried disabling all of the security software and seeing if SL will log in ok?

Can you check to see if the proper ports are open in the router, specifically port 12043, which needs to be open for both UDP and TCP?

Does the router have a hardware firewall ?

Can you try logging in from the other computers?
