May I suggest that you remove the reference to another resident along with the commentary on their product? It is against community standards, and is just plain rude.

LOL by quoting the original post, you have done the same. You should edit out the quote ;)

You are likely going to have to wait more than 14 minutes for a good response. Give it a day. Also, this is probably better suited for the Products Wanted forum.

Meanwhile, you can take a look on SLExchange.com or SLBoutique.com; many of their products are available inworld, without the need to sign up for an account... It's a great start for your SL shopping! :)

I make a set that that may interest you...search for Blindz on SLExchange or try the demo at the sky mark yard sale.

Nevermind..here is the URL: Blindz Home Edition

You use menu commands to resize them making placement really easy.

Might I suggest the following thread:

Blinds Script

From the creators notes:
From: someone

Simple 3-state tintable windows script
Poppet McGimsie. 10/26/2006

Rez a prim and shape it the way you want (a good place to start getting your head around this script is to make a prim with the dimensions x=1.5, y=0.2 and z=1.5). Scale textures on the faces of the prim the way you want or need them to be either now or later on whenever you want.

Drop this script in your prim's contents and open the script by rightclicking it and selecting "open"

Enter the uuid's of the textures you wish to use for the 6 sides (0 to 5) of your prim for the "open" and "closed" blinds states, where indicated below. The ones I've provided are pretty ugly, so no doubt you'll want to change them.

ETA: Yes I know it says window tinting script in the above quote, however the textures she provides the UUID for are blinds.

I like these blinds

I like the ones by Alicia Stella. They are easy to use, come in all sorts of neat textures, are copyable and can be resized.

Before the edit, this creator was ruled out. But she does have great products. Just not what the OP required.
