There are some parcels showing as being for sale in the Private Estates land search that show parcel names of Innovatia. When I try click the Teleport button on the land search dialog I am advised that I am not allowed into the destination. I tried it with a another account and got the same result.
How do you buy/rent it if you can't get to it?
Is everyone unable to access these parcels or am I on a list of banned people because I'm in libsecondlife (or some other reaon I can't think of)?
How does find the owner of the parcels? Putting Innovatia in the search dialog All tab produces nothing.

Chances are the land is group owned, and also set to group access only... Tp to the land right next to it and R-click on the unaccessable parcel and view the "about land". View the group info and IM the group leader/founder in bold. They'll probably have to add you to a group so you can access the parcel.

From: Dana Hickman Chances are the land is group owned, and also set to group access only... Unless that changed very recently, if you try to tp to land you don't have access to, it just puts you on the closest parcel where you can go, if the entire sim is off-limits that's when you get "Not allowed into destination", or that has been my experience anyway. I do know a friend that rents on a sim where the entire sim is off-limits unless you're in the group. Having someone over involves inviting them into the sim group which seems more like a pain than a real benefit. I think it should be alright to post a SLurl to one of those rentals and we can see if we get the same problem? Or IM me in world and I'll have a try .

Here's a link: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Innovatia%20Park/224/32/0Note that I have no special interest in these particular parcels, I'm just wondering what's up regarding land that's for sale/rent but you can't get to it to buy/rent it and there's no way to contact the seller/lessor. I don't seem to be able tp into the sim at all, the whole thing produces the "You are not allowed into the destination"

Maybe they just want to rent to people who are already in the group (like say, role-play group or something).

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago when I was looking for land. I just figured they didn't know what they were doing and would likely not be good to rent from.

It would be nice to be able to tell the difference from looking at the search results. It does seem possible that some folks might have produced this sort of situation by accident and be wondering why there is not even a flicker of interest in their land. Lately I've noticed a number of posts in the classifieds by people asking for help - apparently unaware that the classifieds are no-reply. It's possible something similar could happen to people trying to sell land. Given the price of tier this would be a major badness.
