No Island billing details on the account page?

I'm a bit lost at the moment. I downgraded my tier to $0 after selling my mainland sim and relocating to an island. Now I have two questions:

1.) Is there any link on the "My Account" page that informs me when the monthly tier will be billed?
2.) Is it possible to pay the island tier with the US$ balance in my account? Mainland tier was always withdrawn from my credit card, no matter how much money my account held. Is it the same with island tier?

1. No clue, I was told there was but could never find it. I thought it weird there was no "Your tier is due on X day of X month" so I emailed support and they told me to look on my "My account" page but there is nothing- only a space for mainland dues.

2. I own no land on mainland, just a SIM- they have ALWAYS taken the money out of my USD balance ingame before ever touching my RL bank account!

1) I don't think so. At least if there is, I haven't found it. However, I'm pretty sure that your billing date will be the date you received your island/billed for setup.

2) As Jesse mentioned, they will first deduct from any US$ balance you already have on the account, and if that doesn't cover it, the remainder will be taken from what ever payment info you have registered.
