theres a small plot next to one of my lands (208 mt)
thats listed as governor linden i know there was apace to ask for it to be set for sale
but i think that went away

now how do we see about getting this land set for sale as its so small i don tthin kit will go to auction but not sure what to do

Yeah....... good luck with that one !!

I have a full sim apart from a really small corner that is LL. I asked and asked then eventually got a Linden to look at it. No chance was the answer.

Governor Linden land is exactly that, and as they are very rarely prepared to look at anything on a case by case basis I would give up now.

On 2 occasions I was after land that was previously owned by players who'd left the game. Land reverted back to the Guv'nor and laid dorment for months. On both occasions I spoke to Lindens via live help and the land was up for auction within a week both times. So if you can find some way to actually ask a linden about it then you may get it put into an auction. Since they abolished live help I dont like your chances.

Just do a support request and ask that the land get put up for auction.

Usually on plots that are that small they don't bother auctioning it, they set it for sale to the general public for 1-3L a meter after they process the paperwork on their end and a landbot buys it instantly and sets it back for sale at an inflated price.

I'm not sure that's true any more, Sarah. I know two people who owned all four sides of an abandoned 512 and LL wouldn't give it to them - it went to auction instead.

Yea but generally under 512 meters they don't bother with auction. Since landbots I havent dealt with abandoned land in awhile but Guy Linden generally handles abandoned land and sometimes Jack Linden so they would be the ones to ask.

Yes, anything under 512m, AND if you own land next to the plot in question, they'll set it for sale to you for 1L/sq. m. The only time I've seen that they WON'T do that is if it's part of LL protected landscaping, like riverfront, roadside right of way, dams, etc... Guy Linden is THE man.
