Hi everyone. So, I am trying to upgrade to premium in order to buy land on the mainland, but the transaction will not go through for some reason. I cannot buy lindens and I cannot upgrade. I re-entered my credit info, but it still won't go through. I know the card is good. Heck, I use it with LL for another acount. ANy thoughts?? Please help.  |

Alas Cherrie I cannot offer much help, just sympathy. In your account status what does it say for payment info? Pending should imply it will clear eventually but I am having a problem there myself.

I changed my details this morning and it said that my status was pending.
I logged off and back in then it came up with the credit card I am paying with.
I haven't tried buying any LL's yet tho.
It does say that if your account is pending for more than 1 hour then give your details again.
