I think you misunderstand my question, yes I have read knowledge base and various other areas.

I specifically would like a simple step by step guide for settings that other mall users have used, that is tried and tested.

I am running rented land on an island, so I need the steps directed at me in simple terms for use as renting space out.

In other words like this for example:
1. first set group
2. Next follow a
3. follow step b
4. Follow step c

And so on.............as that would be a tried and tested why without making any mistakes.
