Transaction Failures to pay Merchants

I came across a problem that makes me feel like no one is getting my point. Perhaps someone can tell me if they have experienced this.

In the past few days my sales seem extremely low. I tried to assume just slow sales days. Then I started receiving requests for help from people that did not appear to be recent purchasers of my merchandise....hmmmmm still nothing seems amiss just odd. Maybe a yardsale...

Last night I had a contact from a customer she bought an item in slx, and recieved a message that transaction could not go thru but received the item and she was not deducted the money. She contacted me to pay me inworld I was amazed at the honestly BTW I was logged in SL at the time recd no message from slx.

Now today I was in my Sim speaking to a renter/merchant. A customer walked into her store bought an item recd it and it did not pay the merchant the customer advised the merchant she recd and had not been deducted the funds .......... what are the chances of the sim owner, merchants, customer all in same place.

Now when all this occurs there is no transaction trail in niether the merchant. No one can see this happening in a paper trail it doesnt report anywhere. I noticed because my sales numbers being low which was my first observation. Overall how many merchants do you suppose this is effecting I wonder, but no one knows? My reports have gone unresponded to and Concierge says they dont have any reports of this. If you do not see it how can you report it????????

Am I totally insane --?

err not sure but for the last few days the lindex wasn't working and so sales were pretty low. I have had a sudden influx of people porting to my location and ending up elswhere though mosto f this stuff looks like messed up asset server stuff. Another thing is commission splits I dont use them often but do it with one person and its not consitently working (also has to be asset server related).

Last thing I found last night was that when i crashed i was rolled back A LOT which could mean more things arent going to be working

totay the lindex is working and things seem to be sorta "normal"

Rest easy, you are not insane. It does happen from time to time, so there is a reason for me to have set the notify of sell and receipt on all my items for sell in the SLEx. When you get the emails, one from SLEx and one from the box in world, if you don't get paid, you can send an email to SLEx's support and forward the emails to them. Thanks to their wonderful customer support, I get my payment!

Thats a typical response from LL as well, if they didnt have 50 other people bring it up they wont look into your situation. (Not all the time, but this has been my experience with them: "Hi thank you for contacting concierge, we dont have any reports of this happening sorry" Um? Im reporting it now, look into it)
