Just noticed that I've been billed $15 for "Land Fee (up to 2048 meters)" despite having sold my land 26th May.
I thought we paid for land fees in advance not in arrears don't we?

If you still owned the land even for One day within a Billing period, you owe for the maximum amount of land owned during that Billing period NOT the minimum.

They've charged you correctly. Your tier is paid to LL in arrears.
