My island have been online little over a month.. so I have a few questions regarding extra prim for parcel.
1. Can you increase bonus object to a single parcel, not the whole island? 2. What is the going rate of extra prim you charge. Would like to get some idea what is the market rate.
Thanks

1) No. You can apply a general bonus for everyone, but you have to be sure that the total remains below 15000. For example, if you allow a 10% bonus, you must make sure you always have 1500 prims free on a parcel somewhere that you control. 2) Prims are linked to parcel size. If you are allocating extra prims, you are allocating a parcel of a given size. No parcel no prims.

Jack, I'm not sure what the 'going rate' is for extra prims. But here's some thoughts. the per meter rent rate for 150% prims should be 150% the rate for 100% prim land. Both prims and sq. meters are constrained. One way to look at this problem is to charge for PRIMS not land. There are 65,536 sq meters, and 15,000 prims. If your target income is $500US for the sim, then you charge either 500/65536 per meter, or 500/15000 per prim. There's no reason you can't rent pure Prims, with as much land as you need. I have done this on one of my islands. There's a huge common area free for all. (think of it as a sailing ocean). Someone who wants 1/15 of the Prim capacity (or 1000 Prims), pays accordingly. The plot of land that goes along is somewhat irrelevent...the boats are so prim intensive that the land itself is not the constraint. I DO put an upper limit on the meters of land...(just so nobody makes a HUGE low prim platform and uses up all the land
