I just a the shock of my like I tped into a sim looking to buy around 16k of island land and BAM I get ejected and banned before I even rez...
The sim name is Point Lookout...dont buy land from that group lol
If they are this bad to people who want to buy land..my guess is they will steal if from you in some covenet clause...what a shame...

They may have ban lines set up and if you arent on the list you get booted out. You may have to make an appointment to buy the land.

Actually if the ban lines were already up there would have been no TPing into that area at all. In my travels I have seen stores who have the ban lines up for everyone not on a group and in teh end to me it just harms their business. Their loss.
