Anyone have a clue what determines an avatar's walking or running speed in SL? Running speed is apparently not a constant from my observations, especially when using the space bar speed burst there are some avs that are just a ton faster then others.

Some people buy certain attachments which enhance their running speed if I'm not mistaken. Just as there are flight enhancers (flight feathers, jetpacks) I do believe their are running enhancers as well.
Personally...I didn't even know about the space bar speed burst thing.  _____________________
