I'm not sure, I looked for an object that might be making them, but could not find one. It seemed like some kind of particle, they drop from the sky and bounce on the ground for a minute. They seem to be activated when an av walks/flys into the area, if I back away they stop, but try to go in, and they start again. Its constant so looking at the shops in the area is impossible.
I saw a jello av somewhere, do you think if I get it and put it on before going into the area, that he might leave me alone?  |

I'd recommend contacting the land owner and ask for advice. They may be unaware of what's going on but they should have powers to deal with the phenomenon/perpetrator.
