New color on the Land Grid?

OK so what is this new Light Blue color for on the edit terrain grid?
I know green is your owned land, Orange is land for sale purple is auction land, and red is otehr peoples land, but what is the blue? I thought it might be grouped owned land, but several grouped owned plots are not that color? anyone have any clues?

IIRC, blue is group-owned land and only shows up on land that you're a group member of.

Greens are for land you own or are related-to.. Light for group owned and dark for personally owned. Never seen blue..

From colors_base.ini:

I was editing a tenant's terrain last night, and it was light blue. Maybe land you don't own but can edit?

Giz, you are incorrect. Land shows up as blue if it's owned by a group of which you are a member. Mainland you can rent will be yellow/orange and can also be bought outright. Thanks for playing though. Better luck in the next round. :)
