Last SL update and animations off

Hello there,

I dont know its last update issue. Forgive my english, is not my primary language. I have one person on SL who is experiencing problems and I would like help her. Yesterday, she installed the last SL version and, after did it, she cannot see animations/camp any more.

She even cannot see her clothes and people clothes either: everything is grey. She can listen sounds, she see other movement as heads moving, its only dance/camps she cannot see. She can dance using scripts. Also, she cannot see hairs. Any light? I would like very much can help her on this problem

It seems everything started when she went camp, after click on the pad. She couldn´t stop anymore and then she used "stop all animations". Now, even clicking on "stop all animations" again, she cannot camp and ssee people camping.

Aniela, the grid will be down for maintenance in just under 90 minutes after which a new client will be available. I would wait till after this to pursue your friends problem
