Does anyone know of any 'best practices' or howtos for setting up governance for a group-owned private island?
We have a .org (iainstitute.org) and just recently got our island approved and available. Now we're trying to figure out the best way to do permissions, decisions, etc. And since I'm sure others have done this and learned the hard way, I wonder if you could pass along the lessons?
I'd be happy to compile received wisdom into a FAQ or something.
