After not even logging into SL for a while, I come in to start doing a few things and find that things I had stored on my land will not rez. I am, of course, getting this failure to rez message and the box tossed back in my inventory. I tried clearing my cache and relogged...but then it just poofed from my inventory all together. What are other fixes for this..or am I just SOL in regards to now a lot of $ being lost in items I havent pulled out in a while? Some things are already gone from my inventory, I have a lot of other stuff I wanted to pull out and use/sell/give away blah blah...and I am pretty sure its all going to be just missing from database now. Any and all attempts at fixes would be appriciated.  |

funny enough i had this same issue, thankfully with an test object but it just dissapeared from inventory after a dozen failed rez attempts and a relog
as u can guess, the item wasn`t rezzed anywhere

Not to give false hope in case it doesn't work, but others have reported lost inventory being "found" after repeated clearing cache and relogging. By repeated, I mean 6-10 times.
The cases I have heard of this working were born out of frustration and, as I am not the person whom this happened too, can not be confirmed.
All I can say is; Can it hurt to try?

I did about ten relogs and cache clears, and the stuff just doesnt show up for me, darn it. Im talking alot of stuff, I had purchased inventories to do resale and all of that from my storage boxes is gone. Im afraid to try and pull anything else now as it disappears from inventory after a relog and never shows up anywhere. Sooner or later this bug is going to come back and bite someone big time in the arse...keep adding new stuff SL, but we keep losing things...rather ridiculous to lose your inventory. This is why so many people I know are walking away from SL without hesitation.  |
