Hi
I've had a basic account since Dec 05, and more recently created an alt using the same email address. But when I try to log in with the alt account, I get a page saying that the info is incorrect, and do I want a new password? So I say yes, I get the renew password email, and I click on it and it takes me to a page asking me for 3 of my friends, which I put in and it says okay, new password set. I can use the new password to get into sl, but still, when I try to log in to the sl website, it says info is incorrect blah blah blah. What's going on? I can't even upgrade the alt to a basic account while its like this, and I sure as hell don't want to make yet another account, or I'll lose all the stuff I've accumulated. Any ideas?

A lot of people are having trouble creating new alts. I tried a few weeks back and can't get online with it either  LL sent me an email confirming the creation of the alt, but I wasn't charged for it and can't use it oh well...

I've created the account, I've been using it, so I don't want to lose all the stuff I've collected by starting another one. And the website is totally circular, it says contact support, yet there is nothing on Support to contact! I can't even see a US phone number, as if I wanted to phone all that way just to get an answer. and I'm still getting the 'we cant complete your request, contact support' today, that's 3 days. Its a bit late to be cracking down on alts when they've got 6 million accounts already!!!! GRRRRR!

Still saying 'we can't complete your request at this time'. and also, if I say that the email is no longer active, presumably it'll have to be the same for both accounts? IF I can ever get through to them at all.
