Not seeing animations

Is it just me, or when someone else is supposedly dancing or when you hug them, do they not animate?

I first noticed it yesterday when I was with my sl husband and he wasn't laying right on the bed (Just cuddling xD) Then today when I went to kiss him same thing, he wasnt animating. Is anyone else experiencing this same problem?

That sounds a lot like RL husbands!

Okay, now serious. First, clear your cache. If that doesn't work, try clearing out the folder on your hard drive where all the SL config info (you might want to copy your chat logs to somewhere else if you like a record of those).

Check JIRA to see if others are experiencing a similar bug.

Are you using the optional update, and if so, did this start only afterward? If you think that might be the problem, try the newer (.2) update and see that fixes it. If not, then try reinstalling the current .0 version (I'm not sure where to download that, but I think there was a link to it in one of the blog posts).

Is it just your husband? Or are you seeing the same things with other avs as well? Are other people other than the animated avs seeing the animations?

Okay, that's a lot of questions... see if any of this helps, and if not, we can look into it some more.

I have been experiencing this bug occasionally for some time now, more frequently recently. Relogging usually fixes it, sometimes its the avatar you see who is not running the animation that needs to relog before it works again.

I seem to recall when this first started that it was an acknowledged bug, I dont know if LL ever thot they fixed it our not.
