I know there's a couple of these, and I searched them but none (that I saw) contained the info I wanted. For the first time just now, I got the 'Gesture Is Missing From Database' when logging in. I tried detaching my ZHAO AO and logging in again, and I didn't get the message. But I went through the animations in there, and they all work fine, and the notecard is alright too. One variable is that I *just* uninstalled the windlook viewer, and then right after that, logging in, I got the message for the first time ever. What does uninstalling the windlook viewer have to do with anything, why would it cause this? I tried clearing my cache but it does nothing. Any ideas or solutions?

I'm confused... there is no First Look WindLight viewer right now, at least according to the blog posts and the downloads page. Are you using an old one, and it is still letting you on to the grid? |

No, this is the one that worked before...I downloaded it and tested it out. Since it's no longer available, I figured it was just taking up space and I don't need it, so I uninstalled it. |

I get the "Gesture is missing from database" every single time I log in. In fact, on my primary account I cannot create new gestures that last for more than a single session. When I log in next time, all but one gesture is missing from the Gestures window

No, this is the one that worked before...I downloaded it and tested it out. Since it's no longer available, I figured it was just taking up space and I don't need it, so I uninstalled it. Oh, sorry, I misread that you had just *installed* it. Doh! So this just happened once, but hasn't been a problem since you re-logged? If so, I would guess that it was just a random asset server burp. Have you searched on JIRA to see if there is something more serious to this particular message? ETA: Here's the JIRA entry for this bug. It's only got 4 votes so far, so vote for it to make it a higher priority for fixing. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-333 |

I've had this issue going on about a month and a half now? It's crappy, because I can't even figure out which gesture they are talking about, heh.
