A company on SL that I bought four plots of land from - are VERY helpful... and knowledgeable and I believe in knocking people who are not good and PRAISING people/firms that are excellent.... so once again, a BIG thank you to them for their help in sorting out my recent problems with a sim roll-back..

Shame on Linden Labs for not being as helpful........ ;-(

Why should Linden Labs support you when you bought the land from someone else?

You want for the problems on your parcel a complete sim roll back??? And what about the others who own land on the sim? Who changed, placed and whatever after the moment you got your problem?????

The easy way to solve all these problems would be for Linden Lab to actually look at Bug Reports and deal with the problems ????????? None of this hassle is necessary.... its the last thing i wanted !

As has been evidenced very recently in this forum, Linden Lab actually will revert a mainland sim, if the circumstances warrant. If a single parcel owner had an issue that a rollback would fix, but the rollback would screw every other parcel owner in the region in some way, don't count on it. In this recent case, the entire region was borked, so pretty much everyone was helped by reverting it.

I am pleased to see that you are happy with the service you received from ACS, but you should understand that Linden Lab have an entirely different set of business requirements when it comes to handling issues on mainland.

It seems like ages since there was an Anshe Chung thread in these forums. Ah, the good old days: First Land was plentiful, 15,000 on the grid at one time was mind-boggling; you could have a night out and a taxi home and still have change from a linden. SIGH

Hey I saw her in that video interview with her the other day (link). She reminds me of that sweet cookielady in The Matrix. Now that I think about it.. kind of disturbing :P
