The "L$ Price" and "L$/sq.m" fields in the search dialog's Land Sales tab are completely meaningless so far a I can see.
Is there an efficient way to price shop for estate land?

Use a professional realtor. That is, pay an agent who is knowledgeable about the market place to do the land search for you.
