i would like to put a bid on the Rokanan (32,143) PG 2048m land, it says its size but how do i know if its just the water portion or if it includes any land.

Just go to the land, right click, and select "About Land" - you should see a large yellow outline of the actual property.

You can also turn on "Property Lines" under the "View" menu.

Soraya, make sure you have "View Property Lines" enabled in your View menu. Then you'll see the property lines whenever you right click on any parcel.

Check things like any "protected" access is genuinely protected. That means adjoining land on some side being owned by Govenor Linden, marked as maintenance. Not a strip the vendor held back to stiff you with down the line by cutting off your road/river/ocean access.

Maintenance land does not guarantee protected. If its protected, it will be labelled "PROTECTED LAND" by Gov. Linden.
