not have it show the owners name? Like, if I rent land from Joe Bob, will the land always say that Joe Bob owns the land and I'm leasing it or can I do something to make the land only show as being owned by my group, although we are only leasing it from Joe Bob? Thanks!

If he's got a private island he can deed it over to your name, or to your group completely.
Otherwise, perhaps he could set up a group for you where you simply don't have rights to sell the land, but his ownership isn't *quite* as apparent.
