My FL isn't loading...

I've tried unlocking the door and sticking my head outside but reality just isn't rezzing for me. My friend suggested stepping away from the computer for a bit and finding some fresh air, but where do I download this 'fresh air'? I don't know if it's the latest update or what, but First Life just doesn't seem to work. What can I do?

forget to pay your FL Internet bill, that usually rez's FL fast enough, you might want to try clearing your cache too, I dont know if it helps, but thats generally the first thing Im told when I ask anything

For the incomplete rezzing, I recommend calling an ocular specialist, which you can find by searching in the rectangular search feature. It will have all the IM cards for such things as eye doctors to carpet cleaners. Also you might use the event feature to see what specials they are having at the moment.
For downloading the fresh air, one must open the oral feature of the avatar and then make the chest move out, forcing said 'air' into the 'avatar'. Then push the chest back in to move 'air' out of 'avatar.' Be careful not to leave the oral feature open for too long in between 'breaths' for the griefing tool known as 'bugs' will fly in eventually.
Quite frankly, I've found the First Life features are vastly overrated.

You need to upgrade your medications. The minimum specs for First Life have gone up. You're wasting your time if you try to run First Life on anything less than 150 mg of Welbutrin.
