Any suggestion for finding currently owned land on the Land Store Map?
For a crack programmer with a super fast computer the thing totally flummoxes my puppeteer... and the load time is so slow he seems to spend days, even on a 30" with 2X processors, scrolling, clicking, trying to find my parcels and plan ahead.
Perhaps there are better maps Out of World to use for such orientation.
Even the coordinates don't seem to match In World.
Thanks, eh?
Confounded,
BZ

Hi Baba, the Land Store is actualy for reserving full sims. Not shopping for land already owned by residents. To find land owned by residents click on Search > Land in Second Life and that will bring up land for sale and auction.
Hope this helps.

Yep, I realize that.
I just would like to know where my currently owned land is on the map so I can make better reservations. Is that possible?
Thanks, BZ

Thanks, BZ There are no "reservations" per se, unless your intent is to reserve a private island..which is very expensive. Land sales on linden/mainland are first come first serve, and must be purchased in-world, on the spot. The exception to this is land on the Linden auction block, which is handled off-world, but again, no reservations here.. you bid, if you win, your account is charged, tier adjusted accordingly and it's transferred to you in-world. As far as navigating the Land Sales map here on the website, it's really not possible to know what you're looking at, unless you follow along on the in-world map where the region names and other data are exposed. I do not believe there are any other off-world maps of the grid. The best one, by far, is the main map in the viewer.. of course you must be logged in to view it, which seems like what you are trying to avoid.
