Something happened the night before last and everything in SL is cloudy for me. It happened before the update, so I can't blame it on that. Here is a pic of what my world looks like now =\ http://kikimiranda.com/my%20clouded%20view.jpgFor some reason, I kept crashing. I was using the old version of SL, so I tried to download the latest version and the download wasn't working. I did a full reinstall. Removed SL and installed the latest. It worked this time, only it said something about SL changing settings according to the settings on my computer. That's when everything got cloudy on me. I can see things, if I turn off the Fog in game, but everything is still really bright and whitewashed. Also, it has changed the color on the rest of my computer. The browser and desktop are all really bright. http://kikimiranda.com/browser%20and%20desktop.jpgWhat's odd is that when I log out of SL, my desktop goes back to normal. I tried installing the latest driver, but that's not working. I tried fiddling with my color settings, which helps the desktop, but I'm still all clouded in SL. I haven't a clue where to start. Does anyone have an idea what it could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a video problem to me. There was some issue with using back-level video drivers in the latest release.
I would try downloading the latest driver for your video card/OS combination from the manufacturer's webpage and then updating to that one.
Good luck!

I don't know about the colors on the rest of your PC. But your pic looks like you are using a really low draw distance. You changed the fog setting in the Adv. graphics section of prefs, you can change the draw distance in the regular graphics section, two tabs up.
Hope it helps!

Did you check the Fog Distance Setting? Lower makes things foggy closer to you instead of far off in the distance. The normal is 2.0 I believe, butI hate the fog and set it to 4.0
