Next to pumori 242.34.41 there are two reclaimed plots by the Governor, with red ban lines and a rotating ad left by the previous owner. Is there any chance they can be removed while the land is up for maintenance? If so, how can i go about getting rid of them. http://www.slurl.com/secondlife/pumori/242/34/41

File a Support Ticket.
I have numerous times for LL owned land where they forgot to set auto-return.
All were handled within 48hrs (not bad since most were on the weekend, and most by the new Lotte Linden ^.^)
Be sure to include map co-ords for all plots (if more than one), and to mention about the ban lines and need for auto-return. I'd also suggest looking in the About Land and stating clearly why the ban lines are up. ie if the "Ban No Paments" box is check, or whatever.

Guy Linden used to handle those issues. I wonder if sending him an IM inworld would get any response...

don't send Guy an IM.
send him an email.
Make sure that the word "Land" is in the subject (told to me by Live Help some time back... when they were still helpful)

From: Stephanie Abernathy don't send Guy an IM.
send him an email. That's what his final post in the old land forum (/me misses it, too) said but nowdays, I think they'd really rather you submitted a support request for things like this.

I wonder if there would be any value in making a web based interface for the support ticket system that would publish your support requests at the same time it sent them to the support system?
