After reading the news today, I realized LL was quickly putting this failed validiation scheme only to make a couple of countries happy.
Well, here is my suggestion, I'm open to other resident's ideas.
Ban Germany.
ps: also ban Canada too

Not a good plan!
One possible solution. People get verified OR are restricted to PG. Allow a grace period for existing residents so that they can do what they need to in regards to thier landholdings. THen implement it gridwide. _____________________

Maybe we should have a US only grid, where free speech covers every perversion you could possibly imagine, and a grid for the rest of the world  _____________________
