How to report a broken sim?

I am having real problems trying to log in to my home sim (Achado) since the update.

I can log in to the next door sim, fly to the edge, and see Achado - but only the land, no houses or trees...

I suspect that it's the sim server that's the problem (although it could always be problems with my viewer, but it was working okay yesterday).

Can anyone suggest how I can best report the sim needing a restart or whatever? Is there any way to confirm that's what the problem is?

Ack! Reboot loop..

/me found Valentino, he did a help request, a Linden is there looking at the sim.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Sindy, who found me lurking in the next door sim and told me about Help Request. One of the Lindens responded; the sim still isn't working but at least they know about it.
I'm giving up for tonight! hopefully it will be better tomorrow
