You might find them at Coco's Cottages in Rosieri... not entirely sure what you're looking for but she does do a nice range of "small town USA" style homes.
It's just across the road from our Stratics sandbox/HQ.

I think Barnesworth Anubis has some very nice ones. If you do not see them in his shop I would try asking him. There was a Retro Sim and many of his builds were there. I am not sure what it was though you might try searching "Retro".

And yes, Barney does have one I absolutely fell in LOVE with. It's called the Mulholland. (Not advertised as fifties or anything, but it reminded me of the 50's when I saw it.)
