Hello some quastion to linden about how they handle refund
I have island and have last time and i think allot off other island people allot off problems. i have send more then 5 time a email for refund quastion but get only read back email back but no answer. This is about two moths ago the first one. when i call they tell me i must send a email to billing. when i aks live help they say look at the faq or goto website bla bla link.
why linden lab dont give refund becauce we pay allot off money and dont get good support and performence like events not working island go offline for 2 our off longer and have lots off lag problems when more then 30000 people online.
i aks this in the forum becauce no email or telehone support about this.
i hope there wil we add more hardware to ls becauce when i aks live help about low fps then it's or vista or me provider or bad computer(; But it's not that it's the hardware when 20000 people online then run smooth all the time

Billing questions can't get answered in these forums. This is Resident Answers. We are just Players here, and on rare occasions a Linden makes a comment here. You must keep trying to contact the support phone lines or e-mail sites until you get a response, or start e-mailing individual Linden employees.

SL had these problem 'before' you purchased your island correct? I never knew everything to work all at once personally. If you did not like what you saw before buying and island, you probably should not have purchased one. There is a concierge for island owners also. You should try contacting them with your questions but I doubt you will be seeing a refund.

At http://secondlife.com/knowledgebase/article.php?id=094 I do not see anything about refunds ...interesting enough. I guess they forgot that part /shrugs. Where is your island by the way and what is wrong with it?
