Are they always red? Do you see blue ones around people that are moving?
If so, you've enabled Show Updates and need to press ctrl-alt-shift-U. _____________________

ahhh i had this once. fiddled with numerous settings and it went away.
happy to now know what was causing that, it was so annoying! |
