Ack! Objects w/script showing red when not edit mode

This just started yesterday. I'm seeing it on my parcels in 2 different sims. Objects containing scripts are showing with red highlight all the time, not just when I am in edit mode. It is uglifying my snow angels.  |

Don't eat the red snow.
There's something you can change in your viewer. Someone will be along to help you shortly.

Well...my issue is slightly different...I'm seeing scripted objects red when in edit mode but not when pressing Alt, how it used to be. And they don't show as normal until I click the mouse. Which is realllllly annoying. How can I change THAT? It's really messing with my ability to texture scripted objects without pressing the mouse button everytime I wanna see the texture without an ugly pinkish hue. Please help!!

View > Beacons > Scripted Objects with Touch Only.
Turn it off.

You can have them highlight scripted objects and scripted objects with touch. ctrl-n is supposed to toggle the highlight on and off, I think, but it seems a little flaky. |

My partner had a similar problem and it turned out her "Alt Shows Physical" had gotten checked somehow. Unchecking solved it.
