As a Island owner I have it marked as mature but I also have a Mall on the Island.
My question is if someone rents that has skins are those considered "adult, XXX" or just mature and of course the renters with sex toys etc. I know would be XXX.
So could I just "cutout" a parcel around the store with the XXX and flag it or would I have to ask them to leave?
I know LL will probably have more info on this but wanted some of your thoughts.

I wonder about the same thing- owning a large tattoo store - a lot of my tattoos are frontal and full body - and displayed on posed nudes - none sexual in nature - just frontal nudes - is this adult or will I be safe leaving it as mature...??

Are the ads depicting explicit sex? No? Then not "Adult", just mature.
Even the sex toys could be sold with just a pic of the toy itself, as long as no one is depicted actively using and enjoying it! Ever seen a pic of a "personal vibrator" in a women's magazine? I have.
If you really don't want to flag the mall parcel as XXX Adult, then don't rent to those who sell sex poseballs and sex toys. But I wouldn't worry about skins.
