SO I have been researching residential rental living...I have found a few that I like, but I wanted to ask my fellow SLers... I am looking for an affordable place to rent, to lay my head and to kick back and relax, apartment or house. I have seen some places for $100/wk and some as high as $5000L/wk. I am just looking for something simple with low lag (haha yeah right). Anyone have any suggestions? AFFORDABLE is the key word. Thanks! P.S. I have checked out the property rentals forum already and most are either taken or have high lag...thanks

Hi Khilah
I live on a wonderful lag free private island where I rent seafront land with full owner rights. The island is a real showpiece, with some wonderful builds. It's pure rental too, so no moving-in costs and no big investment to risk. Been here a couple of weeks now and I love it more every day! Much better than the mainland place I used to rent. IM me in-world and I'd be happy to show you around.
Love Suzi.
Edit: Even my place wasn't totally lag free today, I don't think anywhere is, but at least I could build fairly easily, which is more than most can do.

I have about 100 mainland parcels of all sizes available for rent all at L$210/512sqm/week. i.e. 512sqm = L$210, 1024=L$420 etc etc.
Dunno if that counts as affordable but you do get complete permission to edit terrain, media, access/ban etc etc
Search Places for NinjaLand (make sure you include Mature).

I don't charge but I take donations. We share prims with the people I want to live or borrow prims there and be part of my group. We are small group of indivuals with various degrees of experience, majority of the members are new but we do have some talented people. At this point I am really the only member who resides there full time though. I am not planning on running business with the land. I can't guarantee there won't ever be lag because I can't can't buy a island or entire sim but I do own little over 11k in Bluehound. If you want something cheap and relatively 70 percent of time there is no lag but there is sometimes but there are bad days. Either way look me up if it works out I can allow you to have spot for whatever you want to pay.

Thanks for all the replies.
I am looking for something that is $400L or LESS, with decent amount of prims, not sure exact number but enough to decorate nicely per week. I would like something bigger than 512. Ideally, I would like to rent a house for now and look at buying property and a house in the near future. Waterfront property would be nice as well.
IM me, I would love to look at anything anyone has available.

Do a search for ZoHa Beach. Rentals of beach houses from 350l$/week included is the house and furniture.
