Dissolving Group and Taking Back Land

Hi guys
I have a questions about land and groups. I founded a group and deeded some land to it - I would now like to dissolve the group and take back the land in my name -- anybody know how I should go about that?

set the land to sell toyou, for 1L and only you, then buy it back
