Hi! I am a member of premium account. It said i will get sign up bonus $L1000 and weekly stipend $L300. However, i have never got it. Who i can ask for help and where?
i can't log in one computer but having no problem logging in another computer, dunno y!!It said no sever connection.

Go to topic and choose there support.then run through the questions at solution finder and at step 4 you will be able to go to livechat if you wont submit a ticket. There you can ask for it. As i started with premium ive got my welcoming amount of 1000 L$ at the moment i joined. Dont need to wait for it. So try it^^

-Assuming your credit card hasn't been declined, you will receive your signup bonus 45 days after your signup date. Stipends are only paid on Tuesdays. Also, I could be wrong, but I don't believe you get a stipend until you've been upgraded for at least a full week. For example, if you signed up on Wednesday of last week, you would have been Premium for only 6 days so no stipend until NEXT Tuesday.
