Help, SL keeps crashing on me

I change a few settings in the preferences in order to improve my SL experience.

However, on the weekend i was one of the ones experiencing the log-in problem and ever since i got back in i have been crashing a lot, especially when spending money.

Im not sure if this is my fault because i changed something or if SL is just havingt a bad weekend, usually i run with very few problems at all even with my alt logged in at the same time.

So is it me or is it SL?

Also can someone please tell me the default settings for preferences so i can return them to normal, i couldnt find an option to reset them to default and i cant remember what they were on.

I am also troubled by repeated crashes, although since the update things have been much better for me. The strange thing is that some days I can run for up to 90 minutes without a crash, other days I'm lucky to get 15 minutes. It doesn't seem to relate to the number of people online, and I don't change my settings. I wonder if it's simply due to the state of my internet connection at the time, either my ISP or more likely just something along the route between the LL servers and me.

Also I'm in Europe, a long way from the servers. Do us Europeans suffer more crashes than people in the US?
