Hi, I just added my credit card details to verify my account and the free 250 lindens. However, though the website says my card info is active, my profile inworld still says "no payment info on file". Is it not supposed to say "Payment info on file" ? and i have not yet received the 250 lindens ! I am a basic member.Please advice.

 You are not the only one, although I did get the 250L. I have asked support and have not got a straight answer from them (oh, this is going on for about 2 weeks now). The only roundabout reply that I have had so far is, try buying Lindens on the exchange. Of course that defeats the whole reason for just entering in the information. On the website, all the info is added correctly, case in point, I can access and post here... In game it still claims that I have no payment info on file. At the moment, I am loath to add any more money to this game, what with LL showing that they are well out of their depth with all grid problems, identity problems, and age problems, not to mention the way they are trying to confuse the issues.

It still says no payment info on file. I did relog. Maybe their offices take some time to process the information and manually add it to the profile ?

Don't hold your breath. I recently added an alt and waited a few weeks for it to update and it never did. I ended up buying 5$ worth of lindens to get it to change to 'payment info used' or something like that.

Perhaps because of the soon to be "Age Verified" / "Age Not Verified" distinction LL has already started to reprogram and has eliminated adding new Info On File to accounts

yeah i just verified and was expecting it to say something about having a verified account...
Thought I did it wrong at first!!
Never knew you got lindens for doing it...but i havent recieved any, so maybe you don't! haha

I also added credit info to my account, just to be able to access come areas/clubs etc. On the SL.com site, it shows the type of card... yet in game, it still says "no payment info on file" and Im denied access to paid areas only. On two occassions I've contacted Linden, by means of the Customer Support process. I've received an email stating, try buying a small amount of lindens, to force it into being right. But, I have not done this, due to the fact, would I get refunded, if I did do this, and it didnt work? Anyone ever receive a solution to this? Has it been fixed?
