I have a question. I purchased a property with "OBJECTS INCLUDED" in the sale. I have tried to contact the seller to have them deed over the ojbects to me...but havnet heard anything from the seller. I still have the objects on my land and they are still under sellers property, but am wondering how i can get them transferred over to me.
Any Ideas?

If the objects aren't set to you, then they are probably "no transfer."
If I'm not mistaken, this means that the original owner can't transfer them to you, either. If you wish to remove these items, simply turn on the auto return under world/about land.

Hmm. I THINK that the 'sell objects with property' thingie only works with objects that allow the transfering of ownership. If you check the object properties and they do not have the 'resell/give away' option checked, they're no-transfer, and you'll have to return them to the owner.

right-click on the objects in questionand open the editor. click on the blue 'more' button. The first tab will tell you who the creator and owner are. if the objects were transferred to you upon purchase of the land, you should be listed as the owner. if not, you must contact the owner to arrange transfer of the objects. The easiest way is to set them for sale at 0L$.

Wildefire is correct. No-transfer items cannot be sold on to a new owner.

Well... you don't have to return them, you could just leave them there. But it does sound like they are no-transfer objects. Everything I've transferred with sale that was transferable went into the new owner's name.
If it's not transferable, they can't sell it to you either. Perhaps they could check the box on the object to allow anyone to move it? Of course that means anyone could come to your land and move your stuff around.

Only the Current owner of the objects ca Transfer thier ownership to you, and in the case of "No Transfer" items, even he can't do it. If he can't, or won't respond to your requests to live up to his end of the Bargain, and tranfer the items he promised, then Replace His items with your own, and return His to him. Better for you do it now, than him Taking the items when it is most inconvenient to you.
