Is Second Life EVER working? WIthout fail when I go to log on the system is locked or down for somewthing!

Second Life is down for a regularly scheduled update. The Lindens always tell us in advance when an update will be happening in both the Linden > Announcement forum and on their blog. Second Life will (hopefully) be back online at Noon Pacific time (GMT -  . |

SL going through a very rough period at the moment, the rapid growth of the past few months has created a lot of stability problems and griefers have taxed SL miserably. There are rumored to be changes in the works to fix the problems and all we can do is stand by until those are implemented.

It seems that I have been lucky after I got on yesterday morning (oh yes, I'm such a noob ...) Spent some really nice hours without any problems and even was lucky to meet some really nice people from the very first moment on ... but anyway, I'm getting sidetracked, because I'm so unlucky that the update comes just now, when I had so many things to do ...  ) |
