Inviting people to a group

I really have my noob hat on today.

I know how to join a group. And now I know how to set one up. But how do I invite people to join the group?

I don't intend to go around randomly clicking on every person I see to join my new group because frankly that is annoying as hell. But if I want to invite someone to join how do I go about it?

Goto your Groups, select the one you created, Activate it, then click Info and you can either adjust it so that it's open for anyone to join, or leave it as is and invite people manually.

The manual way:

Open the "Group Information" window for the group to which you want somebody to invite, select the "Members & Roles" tab, click in "Invite new person...", then "Open Person Chooser". The rest should be obvious, even to a temporary n00b

Thanks - I had a look in the Knowledge base and eventually found an answer.

Go to Groups/Info, Hit the Member & Roles Tab.

Under the Members tab click the button Invite New Person.

I just couldn't see it before.

Next time I'll RTFM before asking in the forum.
