hey. got a friend who bought a new skin. looked great but then she put on a body shape and she doesn;t like it but she cannot remove the shape for some reason, anyone else having this problem and if yes what did you do to get old skin/shape back. ty

Okay, simply.. you can't take off the shape. You have to swap it out with another. Check under body and see if the original shape she had was there.

your default newbie shape goes in you "Clothes" folder i beleive under "Female shape and outfit"
it includes the newbie shape/hair/eyes/skin/shoes/etc
The shape you "had" will be there as "female outfit shape" or soemthing to that effect

The defualt shape will definitely be in her clothing folder. She will need to look for a folder that includes shape/eyes/hair/skin/clothes/etc
its unlikely she bought anything that includes all of those. When she finds the folder she needs to "Wear" the shape.
That wuill cuase her to stop wearing the shape she tried on.
once that done she should rename that shape "my shape" and stick it in her body folder.
