On to my desktop, they are in my SL inventory file...

I know how to upload pic's from the desk top to SL, but not the reverse.

Thank you, in advance!
I learn sooo much here!

Rez a cube prim that matches the dimension of your textue/picture i.e. 4:3/16:9 ...
Texture the cube with your snap and take ..

a) an inworld snap .. ctrl+shift + s ..save to HDD

or

b) a screen shot and "develope" in the image edit programme of your choice.

Nice! Seems like it’s always the simple solutions that elude us.
Thanks

Open the image in SL, then go to File>Save Texture As... Choose a location on your computer and voila! :)

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

I'll sell you some.... lol.. j/k...

Take a snapshot to disk is one way, zoom in on the required 'texture' or avatar you want a piccie of, File, Save Snapshot to Disk, choose where you want it saved and ur done.
If someone drops you a texture/piccie you want to save, it HAS to have full permissions, open it on your screen, File, Save Texture, choose where on ur HD and ur done.
